No Refunds

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and shipped, we do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at 877-707-3301. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect product:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@gtwholesaledistributors.com with your order details, photos of the damage, or evidence of the incorrect product.

2. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.
